Studio Terms and Conditions

1. Booking fees are required to secure your day with us. If you have changed your mind and don't want to do your tattoo or receive any of our services from our studio, the booking fee won't be refunded.

2. After receiving our service, we will provide you with the required information, on how to take care of your Tattoo/Permanent Makeup. If any of the provided precautions aren't followed, we won't take any responsibility for damaged or infected Tattoos/Permanent Makeup.

- Once you have left our studio, it is your responsibility to take care of your Tattoos and Permanent Makeup.

3. We use sterile equipment and disposable needles for each session. All products are opened in front of the customers to make sure our customers are aware that all pieces of equipment and needles have been cleaned before usage.

4. Coffee Fox Tattoo won't take any responsibility for lost/damaged personal items. It is your responsibility to look after your personal belongings. 

5. We are here to provide you with our services. Any inappropriate behavior or disrespect towards the staff and/or studio won't be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

6. Any damages done to the Coffee Fox Tattoo Studio will be asked to be fixed and/or paid for the damage. 

7. Your appointment can/or will be refused if the booking fee is not paid within the agreed timescale. 

8. Bookings need to be confirmed with studio members via Messenger, WhatsApp, Email, or in person.

9. Proof of ID will be required on your arrival as per UK Tattoo Regulations. (There will be no exceptions and your session will be refused)

10. Artist has full rights to refuse to deliver a service, if you are under any influence of drugs or alcohol, and there will be no refund issued. 

11. All sessions have to be pre-booked, no walk-ins are accepted unless the artist is happy to provide the service and it has been advertised.

12. On the day of the appointment the proof of paid deposit will be requested.

- Failing to provide the above might lead to appointment cancellation or you will be required to pay the full amount for the service. 

13. Time, Price/Hourly Rates agreed before won't be changed.

14. When making a booking, make sure you will be able to attend on the day and time provided by the artist.

- We have exceptions when artists are trying to be flexible to get your booking completed outside of business hours.

15. If a customer has forgotten about the appointment and did not attend or did not inform the studio, the booking fee will be lost, and you will be required to pay a new booking fee if you wish to proceed with your tattoo.

- No refund will be issued. 

16. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, you should notify the studio members at least 72 hours in advance before the day of the session.

- Failure to follow the terms listed above can lead you to an admission fee. (15)

17. Studio won't take any responsibility for lost/damaged products. We make sure that products are leaving our studio to you in good condition. If the product/goods are sent by "Royal Mail", we will provide you with a Tracking Number for a better experience while shopping with us.

18. If you have purchased your voucher for any of our services without consultation and your service will exceed the limit, you will be required to pay the outstanding balance before service will be provided.

19. Offers provided by our studio, such as Halloween or Christmas offers, will not be negotiated. Any requests beyond that will be ignored. Our offers have already been reduced in price, and we will not reduce them further. 
There will be no exceptions.

 

Refund Policy

1. All products should be returned to our store either through Post or goods brought back to the studio and passed over to the studio memebrs.

2. All goods purchased online or in store will be available for return within 14 days from the purchase date.

3. If you have purchased a Gift Voucher / Session time through "Klarna", you should bring in your Voucher (if physical is received) with an Invoice to our studio for us to process cancellation. 

- Any products/goods brought back without an invoice and/or proof of purchase won't be processed and you will be charged full price.

4. Damaged or undelivered goods won't be refunded and there will be no exceptions. 

5. If you no longer require your e-voucher (only applies to digital vouchers), you can request a refund with your order reference number, once refund process is started your e-voucher will no longer be valid. 

6. Any goods purchased in our online store for collection, you have a full rights to check condition/amount in-store. 

- Once you have left our studio, we don't take any responsibility for lost/damaged goods and there will be no refund or replacement issued. 

7. Vouchers purchased with discount won't be refunded or negotiated. Price provided by the studio will be the final price. 

8. For any returns you should bring an Invoice with your purchase for us to process your refund. Without Invoice and proof of purchase we won't proceed with refund process and all requests will be ignored. 

9. All general Terms and Conditions as well as return policies must be followed, failure to follow any of the Terms and Conditions will lead to refusal of refund.

10. We won't take any responsibility for expired Gift Cards/E-vouchers. It is your responbsibility to make sure it is used within the provided time slot. (Exceptions will be provided, if all artists are busy/booked in advance and you won't be able to book within the required time slot.)

- All Vouchers/E-Vouchers has expiry date, 3 months from the date of the purchase.
